Tuesday 12th March - Year 8 HPV
Wednesday 20th March 2024 - Catch-up Year 9 and 10 pupils who missed the HPV vaccination last year.
If you want your child to be vaccinated please complete the consent form that was given to your child and return it to school. Alternatively please complete the electronic consent form attached in this email that can be emailed directly to the nursing team on SBU.SchoolNursing@wales.
Also attached to the email are information sheets about the HPV vaccination.
